I've been dealing with bad water line and now sewer line and nothing but a lot of bad luck 1st we had a 30.000 gal water leak then the city didn't mark where the sewer line was then the guy we had did the hole for the water line hit the sewer line and the cable line so been trying to dig by hand after I get home from work not feeling good to start with I come across this little Full functional mini excavators (with a grown man on it using it) For $35.99 thought it that it might help a little bit putting the dirt back in the hole after I'm done fixing water line then given it to my grandson he's having a rough time and he would enjoy that maybe make him feel better but nope I get an email saying my order has been shipped then I get in the mail a phone case not my mini escalator a phone case. Really tired of people taking advantage of me and work hard just need a little bit of help and then they take your money what's wrong with this world anymore. So we looked on the website how you know guaranteed refund and and you know contact them if you're not happy with it but there's no numbers well there is a number more numbers than you need so there's no way of getting a hold of them I don't understand how a second person knows what they ordered and they sent something like this like you're not going to be upset about that I mean they could at least send me a card saying you have just now been screwed over I don't know it's just aggravating. So if it's too good to be true it's probably not true I guess we should be a lesson in this. This is what we got .
