They called me and said that my lowes account wasnt closed and that i had to provide proof that it was. That account was paid off and closed in 2007. But they said it wasnt closed until 2014. And that they have itemized details about my account and signatures and that i gave a forwarding address. They said i will be getting court papers. The woman i spoke to name is J S she said she talked to the attorneys and got it down to 1000. I dontknow if this is real or a scam. D Y

I spoke with Jazmine Scott from salzman carlyle. She informed me that an attempt had been made to serve me with documents on Feb. 9th. I reviewed my security footage and no attempt to contact me was made. The dispute is over a Wells Fargo account which was closed in 2013. Salzman Carlyle allege that I’m being sued by Wells Fargo, and are attempting to deliver me the documents. I spoke with Wells Fargo and they have no records indicating any legal action is in the works. I have asked multiple times to be given these documents, but they never come. I’ve been dealing with this for well over 2 years.
