Ordered ebike, receovec tracking number,tracked it with amazon tracking and china post for about 25 days or so then last track message "delivered successfully" which was false... did not receive anything. Pursued with emails to their email. I have saved the emails also if u need them. I will provide them. Last email from them said will contact the courier, replied for their answer and emails were unsuccessful from that point. My number is 805 236 5064 my name is elizabeth call for any questions u have or info of what can be done. Thanks
