I purchased a puppy online from Premiumshibainu.com for $950.00. The following day I received a phone call and email from the "contracted" shipping company requesting $1290.00 to rent a crate for the flight. I questioned this due to this not being discussed with the breeder. After that, the communication stopped. I notified my bank in order to dispute the transaction and to report fraud. This was done through Zelle and I was advised that I may not get a refund and to complete a criminal complaint with the police department. They requested payment be sent via the following apps: Cash app, Zelle, Apple Pay which cannot be refunded
