My family has been searching for a Great Dane puppy to join our family for months. My husband is a combat wounded warrior/ retired Navy Veteran. We wanted the puppy as a family dog and a service dog for my husband. I came across the Samaritan Kennel website. I inquired about a female Great Dane puppy they had on their site. They told me that after paying the $800 for the puppy they would take care of the rest, including shipping the puppy to our home in AZ. The breeder used a “shipping agency” called JetAir Logistics, which is also a scam. When it came time to ship the puppy we were told that we needed to rent a special climate controlled Kennel to ensure that she would arrive safely. Of course wanting our puppy to be safe we paid the $1170.00 because we were told it would be refunded. Then we got suspicious when a few hours later we were told that the puppy was being held at an airport in PA because she didn’t have insurance and that we would need to pay another $1800, which too they promised to return. We didn’t pay the $1800 because too many red flags were popping up and we just couldn’t understand what all of these roadblocks were about. I called the “customer service” line at the “airport” where I questioned the man on the phone about all these fees and if they were truly necessary. He proceeded to get loud with me and act very rudely. I told him I wanted to speak to a manager and he told me that she was busy and I’d have to call back later. Wanting to see if there was really someone else to talk to I called back. No surprise, there was no answer. These [censored] human beings lied to us and scammed us out of $2000 that we could be using for our 5 children. I wish there was a way that we could get our money back. If anyone knows of anything I can do please let me know. This website needs to be shutdown and these awful people need to be prosecuted. They gave me an address but I don’t know if it is just someone’s address that they’ve been using. It’s 537 Fair Oak Dr, Chesapeake, VA 23322. The phone number they gave me is 804-742-0697. The names they gave me are Theodric and Vikas Eudus.

I wanted to purchase a puppy from them, they stated they lived in one state and when I said that was close to me, they then changed the state to one across the county. They requested that I western union them the money, or money gram them the money. They didn’t provide me with any new picture with the puppy, didn’t want to speak on the phone. They said they were going to ship the dog to me for free and then would reliever it right to my house which is over an hour away from the airport for $50. When I asked questions they refused to answe and states they would answe the next day. I decided it felt like a scam and stopped the conversation.
