Saw a Facebook advertisment for Sam Ash Music Stores Clearance Sale. I had heard from other sources that Sam Ash was closing, so the scammer did their homework in targeting people in the know. Ordered $240 worth of musical instruments and gear, using a credit card via PayPal. After researching a few hours later and realizing I had been scammed (checking emails, addresses, lack of tracking # or way to cancel the order, the fact that their PayPal email address was Chinese Text and "[email protected]") I am now forced to try to cancel the transaction and get my money refunded through PayPal, which is not possible through their automated means as far as I can tell, so I will be calling them during business hours.
