Wire fraud

I placed the order on Friday May 12 2023 for a May 16 delivery. I completed a PayPal payment on May 12. On Monday May 15, the website still shows that the payment is pending, even though the funds were withdrawn from my PayPal account. I called customer service several times and they kept hanging up on me. I used the chat on their website, and it never responded. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. WIRE FRAUD.

This website claims to deliver printing services and charges a premium for "rush" orders. However, orders are never delivered. Calling them, emailing, and their online chat all lead to voicemail or people saying the order is "in production" but ultimately they take the money and don't deliver your order.

This website claims to be able to deliver emergency printing services, no matter time of day, holiday, weekend or location. Everything about their website and experience seems to be in order, even including a live webchat with customer service who will tell you your order can be delivered by the time you need to the location you want. They'll mark up the price astronomically in order to get the job done – a price you're willing to pay because they seem to be the only solution to get a print job done in time. But then they simply don't deliver. Period. When you call customer service, they put you on hold. Or they forward you to a voicemail. Or they literally hang up on you. When you ask customer service via live chat on the website, they instruct you to follow an insufferable loop of viewing your order status online, without providing any actual support or detail. The kicker? They explicitly state NO REFUNDS all over the site. I should've known.

I need a expedited print job done back in September 2021 They initially told me it will cost approximately $500. The order was never fulfilled because they said they had an inquiry but he still followed up. I reached out them and they promised to deliver the item same day if I paid an additional 300. It’s now February 2022 and I still haven’t received the item.
