Absolutely same situation. The quality wasn't good at all, but as the don't accept returns from where i am, the made an "exception" and said i can return with store credit. Today they are saying that the item has stains! It was not even worn🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ ask to pay 12 dollar for sending it back.

The company is TRASH!

I ordered a swimsuit and tried to exchange for a different size, as per their policy: exchanges or store credit only, no returns. The return shipping was at my own expense, costing additional money. Never received the exchange. I've messaged the company and have received no response. Others have reported the similar problems on SAME's Instagram site, but the comments are often scrubbed by SAME's marketing team immediately. In addition, the quality of the product is very poor.
