I was in a car accident about 5 years ago. I went to my doctor, and my doctor suggested for me to see an attorney. I go to this attorney's office of Samuel Gabriel and he reassured me that he would help me. Over these five years I can't hardly reach them or get any information about my case. I call them and they don't call me back. My case reaches a settlement for an amount that is smaller than what they promised. I accept it because I'm tired of the run around for five years. The insurance company sends the check to Samuels Office, but Samuel Gabriel never gave me any money that was due to me. Everyday I wake up with severe back pain from this car accident. But, I never received any funds to care for my ailing back. I feel humiliated and embarrassed by the Samuel Gabriel Attorney's Office. They took advantage of another poor person in much pain.
