A man called with a foreign accent. Said he was from Microsoft and for $199.00 they can clear up space on my computer and fix it. For some reason I fell for it. I have never been scammed like this. 2 or 3 months later, I took the laptop to a local repair shop for them to do a system reboot and within 1 WEEK they called and said there is something wrong with my computer. I acted like they had the wrong number. LOL. Then I knew something was up. I have not reported it until now. They called again today, another month later and offered me refund, I was like WOW, OK, But then here comes the catch, I have to LOG ON to my COMPUTER and fill out a form to get my $ back..HECK NO I WILL NOT, I TOLD THEM TO SEND ME A CHECK AND I HUNG UP. This all started in April of 2019. And i have my credit card statement to prove it. I think I also have a bunch of screen shots on what they Supposedly did. I wish I could get my money back.
