My card charged without my consent for membership purchase.please cancel it and refund

I did not agree to this charge of 105.50 for a membership I do not have this account it's not mines my credit card was charge. I will dispute the charge cause I did not authorize it.

Unauthorized charge

I have the app, Card Control, through my bank's online banking. Thank goodness too! I received an alert for an attempted "in store" purchase at Sam's Annex in Bentonville. I live hundreds of miles from there. I immediately froze my debit card thru this app. Strangely, the charge was for $0. That's generally a charge I see when my card is pinged, like for a hotel reservation because they check to be sure the card I gave is valid. But this alert said the attempted charge was from "in store" ?. I Googled Sam's Annex because I have never heard of a Sam's Annex. I have had a Sam's membership for 14 yrs. Never have I been automatically renewed, nor has the charge stated "in store" purchase. So thank goodness for the scampulse site or I'd still be in the dark and likely had to cancel my debit card and go through THAT tedious process. For the last several years I have received a courtesy email from Sam's that my membership was expiring soon. It expires in May. If this is their new business model for membership, they are going to see a mass exodus of members, me included. I would expect Sam's to offer a discount on membership if one agrees to automatic renewal.
One cannot make a purchase from Sam's if their card is expired, so 5his tactic seems predatory. It is completely unnecessary and potentially very harmful to a member's financial standing. People shop at Sam's because they need to save money. My finances are fragile, paycheck to paycheck. I manage my money very carefully. Damaging a member's financial standing by causing numerous overdraft charges, causing me to lose my car insurance because that check bounced, preventing my child from going on a field trip because I no longer have the funds I had budgeted for it is absurd! I NEVER would sign up for an automatic renewal of my Sam's card. It is MY choice if and when I want to renew. I will be contacting Sam's as well.

I was charged $100 dollars on my card and don’t know what it is for, however on further reflection I’m thinking it is for the renewal, I don’t even want the plus again. I have put a fraud alert on my account. I alway pay at the Sams club and I don’t need your help and I don’t even think it’s due till March, and of course there is no paper trail, since I don’t get a statement.. What’s up SAM’S?

They Just Want Your Money

It doesn't matter who in the family goes through the self serve checkout with a Sam's Club membership card, they will get you for renewal without you knowing it. We used to get a paper bill in the mail, but they stopped doing that. It's all about saving the almighty buck for them and never the consumer.

I just got billed for 107 dollars without my permission or purchase from sams club. I am now being told it was auto renewal .I have not opted for auto renewal and my club charges should be 45 not 107.
When I called Sam club they were not very helpful. I have filed complaint with my bank for these fraudulent charges

Every year my card is usually charged 45.00 for a Sam’s club membership, however I don’t have a membership with Sam’s club . I dispute the charges with my bank and they reverse the charges and issues me a new card. The bank even block future charge attempts from the company. The company changes the name however and even with a new bank card it manages to charge my card. This time my card was charged for 100.00. I don’t know what to do.
