The next day the machine did not work, and we found out:
(1) they are not an approved samsung appliance repair company
(2) we had an approved vendor look at the machine, and they found out that they had pretended to repair the machine, not really replaced the parts they had charged us for, and on top of that set up the electricity so that the machine broke down the next day!
In short, this business appears to be a scam.
