They got me with annoffer for a promotional offer

As soon as my agent wanted to help me he was in my tablet overdrawn my credit card.
I lost 177.00 and that line of credit and had to file fraud charges through capitol one
No one anywhere in samsung.com will hold these Indians accountable. Samsung.com knowingly allows it and supports it, its sad there are really untouchable. Noone and I mean Noone will help you

I am so sorry and can empathize with your situation. It's such a racket and strange that so many of such entities can get away. I needed to get my 3 years old Samsung 4 door ref and saw Samsungcares.com website the biggest among any other vendor, and I was about to sign up.

samsungcares.com is not affiliated with Samsung. I found them after googling “Samsung washing machine repair” I called the number and got someone to come out. The person that showed up at my home had a Russian accent. Inspected the washing machine for less than a minute and charges me for the visit $125. No receipt except my bank statement which says “ocrepair.com” The domain is currently for sale. No receipt, no business card, no timeframe on when he would come back out to actually fix the washer, simply said he had to order a part. A week passed and I called their number, no status update, no timeframe. They keep saying they would call me after speaking to the contractor. I continued to call for three days and still no receipt and no answer. After doing some research online, I’ve come to the conclusion that this company is a 1-man scam show who may go under several names. I’m sharing this with the ScamPulse.com in hopes that I can help other people not waste their time and money.
