on 3/23/2023 i ordered a jet stick vac it was a special bundle they were including the cleanstation with this order. the stick vac was on sale for 326.00 and they included the clean station at no charge.I was suppose to receive it by 3/29/2023 .I did receive the clean station but they said my vac.was lost in columbus ohio.I asked them to send me my refund or a replacement vac.they said that they had to look into this matter.mind you the clean station works with the vac.without the vac its worthless to me..they deposited 100dollars back into my account which was the sale price for the clean station that was suppose to be free with the vacuum purchase the vacuum that as of 6/12/2023 I still have not received nor have i received the rest of my money
