Service Quick is i believe the contractor for servicing samsung products appliances. For them to come to your house, there is a initial payment of $140. And once they come to your location they are going to diagnose the problem of the appliance. Once they find the problem there is another fee of $60 labor cost, plus parts cost they are going to charged to have it fix. The technician started working pulling out the back wall of the refrigerator on the freezer side. Taking a meter reading. I believed he didnt find any issues there. So, he then started pulling out a part of the fridge side. He then said they have to come back since they dont have the right part brought with them. And they brought the wrong parts which is called the damper says Raymond the tech guy. So, they left since there were two of them i dont know the other guys name. Five minutes later Raymond, tech guy came back knocking on the door. He said he spoke to his master technician, his manager i believe. And said, he may have made a mistake by taking the wrong meter reading. And that he was told to replaced the so called damper(Parts they brought with them). So, i let him replaced, and now i have to pay the labor cost $60, plus the damper parts $126. I said are you sure thats the problem? and he says hes sure and that his boss told him thats the problem. And that will solve my issue to my ref releasing too much cold air. After a day have passed, im still having the same problem with the ref, frozed all my perishable and liquids. I contacted samsung again the next day about the issues and said they will do a repeat. I asked them if i get charged again, since i already paid for the parts replaced. They said, "NO". A day after, the same company Service Quick came back with a different tech guys, Walter and Isaac. They also brought a box with them i believed a spare parts. One of them took down a part on the back wall, and then says aw this is the problem right here. Like He knew right away that was the problem. So, i asked him, is this gonna cost me another dollar? He said "of course". why would you charged me again if a parts that was replaced by a tech guy before said the damper was the problem? so meaning i PAID for something before that it wasnt the problem. So they charged me something it wasnt the issue. And now, Walter tech guy says he found the problem and hes going to replaced it with another parts and hes going to charged me with more $$$. He was very confident in telling me the issue. Like he didnt want to listen what i was trying to explain to him what the other guy told me the problem was. So, all this pay this, pay that is just another way for them to get more money from consumers. How much more further are these guys gonna go on.. When i told them dont bother replacing it and leaved as it is.. They just said ok, youre the boss in a very sarcastic, rude attitude like they didnt care. The next day i bought a new refrigerator, different brand.
