I have received multiple phone calls from this number in past few days which I hadn't answered. When I tried to call the number back earlier today, it rang multiple times before going to voicemail which said no one available to take the call. Then they called back today 6/15/16 @ 4:04pm & it was a female voice, garbled & sounded possibly foreign. When I asked who she was calling with she said, "San Antonio Energy Recovery Act". I said I was having hard time understanding her, but no better. I said "not interested" & asked to be taken off the call list, but it sounded like bill collector initially, but then ended sounding like sales pitch. At that point, I insisted that I was not interested & to take my name off the call list.
