I had originally purchased a five year certificate for travel of my choice ($718.80 USD). I only needed to pay the $99USD resort fee upon booking.
I received a call recently advising Sand Break had been bought out and if I didn't pay another $571USD the entire package would be cancelled. I asked them to refund my money as that was not what they had agreed to and they said it was non refundable.
Very upset and not happy at all. I just want my original amount back.

Evelyn with Sand Break Vacations call me about a trip, It sounded like a good deal, so I gave Evelyn my Credit card #. Then I read the terms and conditions and found out I did not qualified for the trip because I was to old. I told her that I didn't qualified and she said to sign the purchase agreement and that she would get something to show that I did qualified. I told her I need to see it first and again she insisted I sign. I told her no and to just cancel. Later I received my credit card statement and the trip was charged on it, $1318. I call my credit card company and they looked into it and side I signed the agreement. Someone with Sand Break Vacations forged my signature. I am still fighting with Master Card, Capital One and Sand Break Vacations, to get my credit, all of them keep saying no to the credit and then pushing it off to each other.

This has been going on for almost 4 months, I have sent my Passport and Drivers License so they could see that the signatures do not match!
