The "recruiter" will email the person stating they "accepted their application via LinkedIn" and ask if they would like to continue with the job application process. After you say yes, they will send you an interview questionnaire to fill out regarding experience, past jobs, and work ethic. After a few days they will respond with your job acceptance email, and then they will send you an "official office letter" which requires you to accept the job by the end of the day. I never accepted this as the legitimacy of the company fell into question. The domain of the email of the recruiter was created 6 days prior to emailing me, the address listed on their company isn't labeled as belonging to the company, in fact the building itself is for sale. This company can't be found on LinkedIn. They were wanting to move forward to get my W2 information, checking account, SSN etc.
