They called my job and asked for me by my maiden name, which is insane since I have been married for 15 years now. I asked where the person was calling from and their name and was told from United Delivery and that her name was Elisa. I asked them to please spell that for me and her response was, "are you dumb, do you not know how to spell?" I said listen, this is a place of business, and I am telling you not to call here again. She then called me a b[censored], said you're getting sued, and I'm taking you to court, b[censored]. I have no legal actions against me, so I knew immediately this was a scam. She then called my cell phone from 5 other different numbers and left voicemails from each with the same lies of needing to call the issuing agent's office. That number is a non-working number, I called back the numbers she called from, and an older lady answered saying she was in California at a law office called Sanders Owens and Clark. I said why would you have a Washington state phone number, she then proceeded to disclose my personal identifying information and said I'm issuing a warrant for you. I am extremely concerned that these scammers have my personal information and have to contact the credit bureaus to put a lock on my credit.

The caller said I was officially served and to call back. I called from a protected line and the girl said my number didn't show up. I asked what company this was and she replied Sanders, Owens, and Clark. I mentioned it sounded shady to be served via a phone message and she immediately hung up.

They called me saying I did fraud with U.S bank back in 2007 and trying to have me pay them 3,115.90. They contacted my sister and a guy named James the said director told her I’m a homeless not good for anything relative they called from 2 different numbers 314-314-1154 and 314-314-0896

Got a call that there was a lien against the home who my parents own and to call back with the case number they gave me. Then told me that my father was going to get served with legal Summons. They knew the address and last 4 of the social.
