She told me she was from the Federal Government. She was giving me a grant because I was a good citizen and always paid my taxes and didn't have a criminal record in the past 5 years. Her speech was very hard to understand. I was to be given either $ 40,566 or $14,566. I kept asking her to repeat the amount , but still couldn't understand her. She got a little upset with me. All I needed to do was give her my bank account or a credit card account. I told her to just send me a check and I would deposit the check myself into my account. I was told no because the check had an expiration date on it. I told her I would cash it immediately and she said no. She gave me her name , address, phone # also a badge # She said D as I dummy 788803. She got so upset with me and told me if I didn't want the money just hang up. And I did. When she called the # on my phone was8030. She called 3 times that day.
