I ordered a product online from this company. When questioning where the product was they informed me (as did their tracking company which ive never heard of) that the package was delivered approximately 3 weeks ago. As i am home every day and have a video camera recording every delivery i informed "Fanny" that the package was NOT delivered. They told me it must be stolen for which they are not responsible and offered a 50% refund. All of the displayed reviews for this company indicate the same issue, customers ordered an item, didnt get it, were told it was delivered, and too bad. I have not received an appropriate resolution to this theivery. My next plan will be to dispute with my bank of this is not resolved.
