Matt Sanford claims to own Sanford & Soms home remodel services. He will take your money and disappear for days at a time. He will show up at 10AM work 3 hours and demand full payment. Work is horrible and falls apart. Not a plumber or carpenter. Avoid at all costs. He will give you a price then keep adding costs. He will price Sheetrock but then say, tapping and mud is not included. He will give you a price for new floors then tell you, trim and painting the trim is not included. Scammer - he even stole items from my basement
