After purchasing product from website, merchant uses evading techniques such as not providing any purchase details in receipts in order to mail customer a cheap, unrelated product in order to claim they delivered merchandise. Merchant mails a lightweight, cheap product in order to show delivery information when Purchaser claims non-delivery with Credit Card company. Merchant sends customer Fake Tracking information claiming product is coming from China (as reason for ordered product to be priced so much less than found on other websites). Merchant evades all description of product ordered by customer throughout all communication so as customer cannot claim purchased item was not delivered and looses chargeback attempt to retrieve funds.
