Scam company
On 13/10/2022, they reshipped my order and also gave me a tracking number, and it will be take 15-35 days to reach me.
On 23/11/2022, still not yet received the parcel and emailed them. They told me that it was delivered to my address and insisted I checked with my family in anyone received it. Thereafter, they insisted on me checking with my local post office but this is not possible if they don't give me the local courier tracking number.
They told me they needed 3 days to investigate. No update from them until I chased them again. 13/12/2022 - They told me they will resend a new one to me and once again told me not to leave any bad review. Asked for a refund but they insisted to resend me the packaga again.
16/12/2022 - They send me my package again - 3rd time.
8/1/2023 - They gave me the tracking number again. Between 16/12/2022 to 8/1/2023 I had to send multiple emails to them but no response. Again I asked for a refund not they chose not to reply my email.
17/1/2023 - Emailed them for status on parcel. They informed me it will reach me 3-5 days.. 25/1/2023 emailed them telling them parcel not arrived and they simply screenshot for me their tracking without any explaination. No update until 1/2/2023.
1/2/2023 - they emailed me asking me to check with local courier. Again i told them this cannot be done as they did not provide me with the local courier tracking number. After that they told me to give them some time for them to check with their shipping company. No updates from them until 10/2/2023.
10/2/2023 - Did not telling me the local courier tracking number. Told me they will resend the parcel to me. This is their fourth time sending me the parcel. I told them i wanted a refund. Again, they ignored me and proceeded to "resend" the parcel.
16/2/2023 - Gave me a new tracking number.
27/2/2023 - Told me to wait one more week for my parcel. I waited.
7/3/2023 - Told them parcel not arrived. Again was ignored.
9/3/2023 - Checked their tracking, and it reflected that today it has been delivered. However, the problem is the postal code is totally different from my postal code. Emailed them asking for explanation.
Now still waiting. However, seeing the comments here, i'm confident I will not receive any refund nor the parcel. Case still pending after 6 months.
Do not buy from this seller, unless you like to waste $$ and time on chasing them.

On November 15th I emailed them and told them I received a broken jump rope and I would like my money back. On November 17th they requested pictures of the item I received. I responded with the picture of the item and explained it was far from a litter box and again I asked for my money back.
On December 12th they thanked me for sending the picture and contacted the warehouse and carrier explaining to me they will figure out the "exact" reason for the wrong shipment but this process will take 3 days.
On January 24th I emailed asking for an update since I had not heard anything back.
On January 26th I received an email stating they found the carrier had made a mistake with my package and in order to make it up to me they have arranged a reshipment for me within 7 days. the reissue will take 15-35 business days and asked if I agreed to this. I simply replied and stated no I would like a refund.
On January 31st they replied to me and stated they apologized for the carrier mixing up the order due to it was busy season (September) and wanted me to know it was uncontrollable. I could keep the jump rope as a free gift and they will also send me the correct package for free. and wanted me to accept their proposal. After all they are a small company and it was difficult doing business during the epidemic. I still replied stating I understood there was issues during the pandemic however I did not receive the item I ordered and just wanted a refund.
On February 2nd they replied back with they do not issue refunds because their prices are very low and as the epidemic continues to spread, shipping and customs fees continue to rise, and they cover all of these fees. If they were to send me my money back it would cause them to lose everything. And asked again if I would consider their reissue proposal and how nice it would be of me to do so.
Again I asked for a refund.
