They steal your money! With the free trial, they took $200 dollars. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! DO NOT ORDER THE “FREE TRAIL”. They will bill your account for the full amount of the product. There is not information from them stating this! This Sham of a company needs to be shut down!!! Zero company information. After finally finding a phone number on my credit card statement, I called the company to ask for a refund and place a complaint about the lack of information in the package. The representative kept giving me a description of the fantastic product I had purchased and telling me they just knew I would love it. He would not listen. I finally told her to STOP saying anything, and kept asking for my payment be refunded! This was an un-authorized payment and they will not refund my money.

They gave me a 14 day free trial. They shipped the product 9 days after I ordered it. They were not able to locate my account. They did charge my account for the shipping. When I called to cancel all I got by 3 different operators was "I have exhaused all my resources to locate your account and I thank you for calling". Then they hang up. I was not able to cancel my subscription.
