I’m really frustrated with the service I’ve received from Saniflo Depot. It's been almost six weeks, and I still haven’t gotten my Saniaccess2. I’ve tried calling and emailing multiple times in the past 3 week. Both numbers today either cut me off or go straight to a busy signal. I would recommend looking for another distributor instead of dealing with this company.

I purchased an upglash toilet system and website states that taxes are included. Anyway since I shipped it to Canadian address they charged me tax + delivery. When toilet got to the house delivery charged me another $302 in custom fees. Saniflo customer service never did anything about it ;( very unprofessional. I’m opening dispute with my Cc company.
