Please help Heat broken in Newyork

I ordered a ram 3500 powerwheels friretruck for my son I created my account upon check out filled out the basics . Put my Bank Card Info in double checked everthing cashed not a second later the money was off my card they sent email confirmation next day checked my bank transaction couldn't find it went to my email they sent clicked on It . It took me back to the Site went to Check the account I made say no such acccount found check username or enziail try again nothing was wrong with my login Info Because I wrote it down I spent his try to find support found it I guess filled out the form and got a msg said error can't complete this please fix it and Resmit I did it every which way possible and got a diffrent error msg everytime now I am out $279 and my Son won't have that gift ever since I saw this truck my goal was to Save for it so when he was able to drive I could get it for him he will be 2 in June So over a year I Saved here and there talk about being crushed because its mu Child they took apart of the exciment . I ordered it thinking awesome finely Can get this and they took that away I am thinking whats my Sans Reaction going to Be When he opens how excited is he going to be now I want Know and I have emailed them multible time asking fo my tracking mumber of my money back and have not gotten anu Responce

Big SCAM don’t buy anything from them. Went to buy my daughter a doll she wanted because I literally couldn’t find it anywhere else and come to find out they tried to use calling up pizza in the Ukraine for $290.00 Do not buy from this company

I purchased a discount "Little People Noah's Ark" toy for $21.99 with free shipping. I got a confirmation email for my order when I realized the billing address was incorrect. The confirmation email said, "Thanks for your order. It’s on-hold until we confirm that payment has been received. In the meantime, here’s a reminder of what you ordered:" I then found two email addresses to contact them. Neither one worked. I tried replying to the one that was from the confirmation email. Haven't gotten a reply. That was a month ago.
