I was contacted via text message by someone asking 'Hello is this Anna Pernia', so I responded 'Who is this', she responded that it was a message from SAP, advising that my resume was reviewed and acknowledged on JOB TODAY and that I had been selected to undergo an online Job interview. She then told me to setup Telegram App to communicate with the Hiring Manager which I did. The Hiring Manager reached out and interviewed me via text, she then offered me the job.
At no time did we have a conversation via phone. I found all this very suspicious. She did say she is located in PA, however on her LinkedIn page it states Australia. She sent an offer letter and a document for Direct Deposit. This definitely looks like a scam. I also communicated with a friend of mine who works from home for SAP and she tried to find her in the Employee Directory and she is not listed.

Upon purchasing a used vehicle I started receiving urgent letters from this company regarding extending my service warranty. The letters continued for several years and eventually graduating to phone calls some of them very persistent. They only stopped when I finally told one caller that I had traded the vehicle. My husband recently bought another used truck and he has started receiving the same letters. We had warranties through our car dealership. One of the callers became very hostile with me and tried to tell me that I had signed up for their warranty - when I replied that I had not and I was going to contact the dealership where I purchased the car, he hung up. I want to warn others not to fall for this ploy - the letters seem very professional and could fool someone who is not aware that this is not coming from your actual warranty company.
