Ordered. Paid. Tracked. Company said item was delivered on Sept. 17th 2024. It wasn't so they asked me to give them 3 to 5 business days. I did. I asked them for the courier info so I could contact them directly. Haven't heard back. This was the email I received today:

So sorry for the trouble caused.

I'm very sorry that you didn't receive your package. We did deliver it according to the correct address provided by you. Finally,We have checked the logistics information and found that it has indeed been successfully delivered and if you didn't receive the parcel, it could have been stolen, which we are not responsible for. However, as our distinguished customer, we also decided to provide you with a 30% refund as compensation
