I made a purchase online back in July 20 2022, website says it usually ships within 7 to 10 days, after two weeks I called several times, left voice messages to their 877 number and no answers, I wrote to their email asking for information about my purchase, no one replies back, and now their website can't be access, I read on google reviews abut several other individuals went through the same issue with this company, I believe they are just trying to get the money and disappear and until this day I have-not hear from their sales rep to let me know what happened with my order, tried to call again , no answer, website is down now. a total fraud..!
