The Sapphire Hair Straightener company claims to be the best in the business. They have kiosks in malls to move their products. They claim that the straightener is worth 375. But the ones they show/demo are not what they give you. They sell you a 20 dollar one from target. They refuse refunds which is a huge tip off. All of their other products are outrageously priced but what you are sold is never what is demonstrated. These scammers need to be put out of business
