This company works a scam with people pretending to be from SIPCHEM.com but they add an S to the domain name and send emails from SIPSCHEM.COM.

They will ask you to forward the money to pay for 25 - 50 Liters of OBM Viscosifier to be sent from Al Madeena Chemicals to SIPCHEM for testing. They promise a 1-year contract, etc.

I was approached via LinkedIn by Mr Omar Al-Amoudi from SIPCHEM. From fake account. (This person is real but with in Sabic).
I start negotiations. He switched me to contract department of SIPCHEM. And from there they recommended Saqer Al Madeena. With famous Armstrong Nasrallah. Which sent me quotation for 69.000 litres of lubricant.
I was waiting for the moment when they will ask money but get bored to continue to play.

After being approached and instructed by Mohamed Al-Maliki representing Qurain Petrochemical Industries Company to engage with Saqer Al Madeena Chemicals, Armstrong Nasrallah, the suppose sales Manger from Saqer, contact with the following email:
Greetings to you. First, allow me to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation towards your continuous email and valued updates regarding acceptance and approval of our specification by your end user.

Prior to progressing further with this significant potential contract to supply, and based upon experience, Saqer motto is not only to sell our products, but to retain and increase the clientele base so we provide after sales services.

We are very aggressive, specifically for after sales services, be it technical, commercial or any other aspect we provide on time services to our clients to resolve their issues, if any. Also Saqer has acknowledged and noted receipt of the delivery address where 50 liters sample material will be delivered has been registered and validated to be in Kuwait.

Delivery takes (2-3) working days to have your order arrive in Kuwait. Therefore we confirm our ability to send to your management the said 50 liters sample for testing purposes once we receive your payment order and you can rest assured of our commitment to do all in our power ensuring your orders are completed fully and without delay.

Regarding your order 50 liters sample for an ISO Quality Test Sample, kindly note the shipment policy is 100% advance payment with (1) liter price discount before delivery. The invoice is $5,145 USD for a 50L sample ($105x50 liters - $105 as discount).

I have the same exact experience. It's just using different buyer. I supposed to send the goods to Advance Petrochemical Company (APC) with the same exact amount (73kl/mo) and the same exact sample 50lt.

I was prompt by APC non-exclusive director (via LinkedIn), to contact the deputy chairman. Moving forward I was approach through email by Contract Award Manager where from this I was supposed to communicate to Saqer Almadeena Chemical by just giving website reference. And I have managed to contact them. The sales manager, Armstrong Nasrallah managed to response and send the documents (technical and price). Further more APC request me to send out 50 lt of sample as the key to proceed agreement as Int'l rep. The monthly basis of the materials (GLO EP 3000 drilling mud) is committed to be supply at 73,000 lt/mo. At the contract the sample will be treated as reimbursement, while the monthly supply will be TT to agent's (me) account.

I am in hold position, and request counter with LC payment.
