I ordered a dress online. It took over a month to arrive. The dress came with NO sales tags and No size tags whatsoever. There was a flaw in the fabric. I ordered an XL (I can wear a L or XL) but the dress was too small. I contacted the company to ask for a return. Their refund policy states that you have to email the for a refund or exchange. They got back to me that the window for returns for this item had closed. Although the company says it is based in California, the dress was sent via a shipping company from China.

Purchased 2 items in January. Requested cancellation within 20 minutes (well within their stated return “policy”) after my daughter warned me it was a scam company. They refused to cancel said they would do it once item arrived. Took weeks to arrive. Sizing was completely wrong - says XL was barely a small. I sent back immediately. They respond to emails saying they are working in it and pretend to be concerned, ask you again and again for you Venmo or Pay Pal info. and nothing happens. They never answer phone, they say to email. I believe it is likely a foreign company ripping people off. They responded to my Better Business Bureau complaint acting like they would fix it and nothing. They know what they are doing. They are professional scam artists.

The merchant is unresponsive. I placed the order on 1/20/22 and emailed the merchant several times and called with no response. I never have received a response directly from the merchant's customer service. I can provide the emails threads if needed. Please try and attempt calling the customer service and it will be clear that they never respond. The only response occurred once the charge was reclaimed from my credit card company. Only then did they respond to the dispute to the credit card company and my card was charged again. The package was delivered on 2/25/22 over a month after my card was charged the first time. The return policy states the contact support to request a return label. I emailed the merchant on 2/25/22 requesting a return label per policy. I have not received a response. Given the merchant's continued disregard of ALL of my correspondence I perceive that they will never respond or provide a return label. If the supplier does provide me a return label I will return the item. But they should not be able to hold my funds while they are clearly violating their OWN return policy by failing to provide ANY response to repeated requests by email and phone. The lack of response without third party intervention is a violation of consumer protection.
