Sarah Frank & Pam Wolf Tail Consultants. Announced that they were representatives of the Liberal Government, for Aboriginal Youth Small Business. There was no interest so they opened it to all First Nations. Sarahs claims: 1) She was appointed to the Macleod Riding by the Liberal Government. 2) she had a Minister's Guarantee. 3) Access to one million dollars for Small Business Venture. 4) Secured Financial Backing. 5) Guaranteed, a 2 to 4 week Business Start up. 6) Required a Deposit, also to receive 7% of loan.

In my case, I gave her my deposit (Haying Small Business Operation) in January 2016. It is now 5 months later, with no business in operation. Further, both Sarah Frank & Pam Wolf Tail refuse to return my calls as I am requesting my deposit be returned. They plan to take their alleged opportunity to the *** First Nation.
