I was approached through email, this person claimed to be a talent scout for the modeling agency, Wilhelmina. We were in communication for months. They asked me to send in different files through Google Drive to put together a 'portfolio', and once completed, they would work on the next steps such as a contract and finding jobs for me to model for. The files they asked for were pictures of myself, videos of me in different outfits posing, and videos of me in lingerie posing. After the files were sent, I would receive feedback on my poses. I sent over 10 videos and over 10 pictures thinking this was building my portfolio and going to lead towards a variety of brands who would be interested in working with me. This 'talent scout' had a very legit-looking email layout, with an NDA legal agreement at the bottom of every email, stating that "all digital material submitted during the scouting process is confidential and privileged information". The 'talent scout' claimed to be from New York, with this address at the bottom of every email: 31 Hudson Yards, New York, NY 10001, USA

I was scammed for almost a year into sending videos and pictures of myself to this person and it wasn't until I contacted Wilhelmina directly that I found out this person was not verified.
