Bought a puppy for $700.00 then received email the next day stating the crate they brougt him to the airport was not acceptable. Then received an email from Universal Air Logistics to pay $1500 via Zelle to pay for crate and $1450 would be refunded. Did not send. Contacted Sara puppys farm to request $700 back for puppy and was emailed no they would not refund.
