I paid for flowers online, 30 minutes later got an email saying it was refunded bc they couldn't be delivered. Called and they said 3-4 business day for refund. Never got refund after those days. Called again they said it's still processing.

Hi there, My name is Jennifer Satzman. Today, I called to order same day flowers my sister-in-law. FYI, I am a florist for over 25 years and i'm very knowledgable about how this industry works. The company I chose has a website but I called to make sure that I got specific types of flowers. They seemed clueless about flowers. They refereed to a pic on their "website". Long story short they had no idea about this industry but stupidly I went against my instincts and placed the order w them anyways. I then realized the delivery date needed to be changed to tomorrow instead of today. I called back, 1st time I heard a bunch of men talking and laughing with heavy accents, yet no one said hello. 2nd time I called back, they couldn't find my order number. Finally he said oops my mistake I mixed up the numbers. OK, then he put me on hold for at least 5 min. When he finally returned he told he had to cancel the order, he was unable to speak to the florist, what that makes so sense? I pushed back and said what are you talking about that makes no sense, just change the delivery date, I explained that I am also a florist. Finally I let them cancel the order. So, I looked up another florist in that area and basically the same thing happened. I specifically asked are you in the flower shop he said yes, do you know your flowers, he said yes. I asked him to describe the flowers and it was obvious that he had no clue. He told me a coffee bean flower is a daisy and I then knew for sure this was also a scam. BTW the man sounded very similar to the company I spoke to before hand. After he put me on hold for a long time I finally realized that this was bologna and hung up. After I finally placed an order w a real florist who knew their business very well, I researched this company to find multiple articles on this company being a FRAUD. I filed a claim with the FTC and now with you all. Someone needs to shut this business down and alert everyone clicking on their multiple websites. Here are a few of the fraudulent websites:

PS. I have digital receipts if needed. Also, I have managed and run multiple large retail chains and have the proof to back it up. I take business seriously.

Searched for same day delivery of flowers to Kenduskeag Maine. This site came up. I selected a bouquet, placed order using credit card. Flowers never arrived, and have been charged 4 times, 4 days in a row for same amount from same vendor. No response when called phone number.

Sarata Florist took order for flowers on 11/24/2023 - emailed me the same day saying order could not be filled and that I was being issued a refund. As of today 12/29/2023 refund has not been received. I have called back 3 times and been told that the refund has been submitted and should take 2-3 business days. I let the last gentleman know I read a lot online about them doing this to other people. He claims that is a different company Sarata Flower. They are Sarata Florist and are legitimate. Either way the complaint is the same. Service was not provided, money has not been refunded.

Hi, I was scammed by this company, and had to get a new card. https://babyblueflorist.com is the same as https://sarataflorist.com/ the websites, physical addresses are the SAME address (Google maps brings up the bank of america). They tell you that your flowers could not be delivered and issue you a "refund" within about an hour of your purchase. It seems like they have refunded you because of the fake receipt and the balance showing the same amount as before you purchased. Then they take the money out the following day, in hopes that you won't notice. I reported them here as a scam as sarata flowers, but this is the same exact company. Same phone number, emails and website and address. I have since found an entire internet article on this company and their scam, and I found many many victims on Facebook, here on your website, and on trustpilot.com... they responded to my trust pilot review and told me that it was my fault and that my funds were back on my card, this was several business days after I initially ordered. They are doing that because there's no place to reply to their nonsense reply to my review (that says the funds were back on my account the same day) . Therefore the people who looked them up on trustpilot are seeing their fake responses and thinking they made things right with these people. This is disgusting PLEASE DO SOmETHInG... Luckily I won my PayPal dispute just yesterday and I will be getting my money back from PayPal, but not from the company. I received an email from them just yesterday with another fake receipt saying my money had been returned to me when it clearly has not. Who do I need to report this to to get these websites taken down? They are stealing from people trying to send someone flowers, weeks before Christmas!

On 5 December 2023 flowers, teddy bear, and balloons, were ordered from Sarata Florist. The Flowers were supposed to be delivered to the hospital in Augusta, Georgia. After the funds were taken off my debit card, on the same day, I received an email from Sarata Florist stating the order was cancelled and I was issued a full refund and would see it on my card statement within two business days or sooner. I have not received the refund and after doing some searching, I read that this is a Scam florist.
