Tried to have flowers delivered for an old friends funeral I spent over $200 on roses for him. It was after I ordered that I saw other people had written bad things about this company, that you won’t get your order and you won’t get your money back so After I ordered, I sent them an email begging them not to scam me. I told them that it meant everything to me to send these flowers to this funeral and please be a decent human being and send the flowers. Within a half an hour after that I got an email that said that my order was being canceled and that my money was being refunded in two days. It was not, so I called them and they told me it would be 5 to 7 business days 5 to 7 business days later I called them again. They told me it would be 11. It’s been since October 31 and today is November 27. I called my bank to see if there was any recourse and they told me no because it was a purchase online that they only can help me if it’s fraud but I believe that it is. They not only didn’t do what I paid for, but they didn’t give me my money back. So consequently, my friends funeral went by without anything from me because I didn’t have extra money to put into more flowers and they were the second that I tried. The first one was one 800 flowers but they couldn’t deliver the area they said. The whole ordeal has been heartbreaking to say the least.

I ordered the product and then within a hour they sent another email that the order was cancelled I had my money returned back to me. I waited several weeks and then I sent them an email Margeret Reys responded that she would look into the issue and make sure I get my refund ASAP. I emailed her again she still have not responded to my email.
