email advising that my last utility bill payment was unable to be processed, asking me to click link to resolve the issue. It provided a partial account number with the end all ****** to try to look official, as well as an amount for the bill, which is not what my bills amount to. The email apprears legitimate, but upon mouse-over the real email address is shown and it says it is my own name from some server in Belgium.

Got an email from "SaskPower" saying they were unable to process our bill. To resolve they wanted us Ri click a link and log in to our account.

It also listed [email protected] as the email it came from.

Called retail store. Was told the account is overdue and they would shut off power within an hour if not paid. Said the account was largely overdue so would have to call head office at a different number to pay.
