I received my order and the product was not as described. I visited the seller's website for return instructions and sent an email to request a return per the instructions on the seller's website. My email was bounced back as Failure-invalid email address. I contacted the seller via Instagram to explain the issue and the seller provided a different email address to request a return. I sent a return request to the new email address provided but the seller did not respond to my request. I tried to contact the seller via their business page on Instagram and the seller blocked me.
