I purchased what was supposed to be a resin mixer and I was sent a milk frother. Have sent numerous emails (there is no phone contact information) and every time someone responds saying they are sorry I don’t like the Craftric resin mixer they sent. Then they say I can pay to ship it back overseas- when they sent me something I did not order. Then they try to negotiate with me saying they’ll give me 15% off my next order, then 25% refund and the last communication was 40% refund. I want a full refund of an item I did not order. This website is a scam. They try to pass off junky, cheap items as something else for 5 times the price. I found the exact same milk frother they sent me for $8 on amazon when I paid $42 for what I thought was a resin mixer. Not only that, the crappy milk frother doesn’t even work so now I’m completely out. This website needs to be ship down ASAP!
