Purchased a dress 4/13/2023 for $107.99. After a month I started emailing them. They stopped responding to me and my credit company informed me they charged me 49.99$/mo since then. My bank refunded me and are investigating the issue.

I ordered the dress online in March 2023, it is yet to be delivered. They keep giving me a tracking number that can no longer be tracked. They asked what they could do, and I asked them to FED-EX another dress. They have yet to send my dress.

I ordered an item off their website after checking their place of business (noted as LA on their website), any reviews I could find, and verifying that others had in fact received their items. Reviews weren't positive but some said they were satisfied. This was on 4/1/2023. Order confirmed that delivery would happen within 4 -6 weeks. After several weeks, credit card was charged, and product was said to have shipped and this is when I found out it was coming from China. After 4 weeks and no news, I reached out to company for an update and all they could tell me is that it had shipped but could not provide me with shipping information. After 6 weeks, I reached out again to hear only the same thing. In the meantime, I had an authorized charge on my card from them which led me to close the card. And now 8 weeks later I still have no news and no item. I will take responsibility that I made a bad decision when I ordered the dress on their site and am out the money, but I would like to see some action like their site taken off the web, so others aren't scammed as well. Thank you.

SA Styles is a website that features beautiful dresses, blazers for women, etc. Most dresses are currently priced over 100.00 dollars up to $149.99. You pay for your item and receive a thank you email. Upon completion, you receive an order#. More than thirty days pass, and I never received any tracking information or order updates whatsoever. I contacted the company several times using their customer service number available and was not ever successful in speaking with a live agent. This continued to occur day after day. I left my information to be called back or contacted by phone and again no response. I also tried contacting them via email directly and continued to receive updates stating that the order was still being processed and that the tracking number would be provided when it was made available. I became concerned with the state of doing business with this company so I sent them a request to cancel the order and provide me with a refund. I have yet to receive any update regarding my request. I cannot believe that this company can continue to be on the internet and there is complaint after complaint about this site.

I purchased a dress online 3/31/23 and received a notice that it was "in transit" on 4/4/23. No shipping updates since then and when I inquire, an obvious chat bot responds that my order is on the way. Then the same company attempted to charge me $19.99 on 4/21/23. I found several instances of this same scenario online with this company at a scam reporting website. Others say they charge a monthly fee and change the business name so they aren't caught. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and shut down my card.

Beware of fraudulent credit card charges. My order arrived after 2 months of difficult, delayed and inconsistent responses. The product arrived subpar and was not how it was presented online. And then, after 4 months of the purchase, my bank alerts me of fraudulent activity on the credit card I used to buy from this company. Turns out, they have been charging my card the same $ amount exactly every 30 days using different company names. Even if the website shows the company is US-based, it appears to be based in China. Don’t be deceived.

I purchased the dress from SA Styles website. I received a confirmation via email of the purchase which indicated I would be notified when the item was sent. Then told 5 days later that the item was "on it's way" and given a shipment tracking number to Yuniexpress, Global Package Tracking, and Wave Browser - essentially the tracking number leads to nowhere. I have tried to cancel the order and checked in frequently with customer service and the same reply "hopefully your package will arrive soon" and "please wait a few more days". This order was placed on February 12th and it is now April 22nd with no delivery in site. I have looked online and many people say they were scammed and that no product ever came. There absolutely has to be something done about these retail predators.
