SASV was a vendor listed on both Wedding Wire and the Knot as a videography company with high ratings. I corresponded with the supposed owner, Christina Fields, through the website page sent through the Wedding Wire page. Someone showed up to the wedding and video recorder, or at least we thought so. We have been trying to contact Christina through the site to receive the final products and make any changes as indicated on the contract but have not heard from anyone since Oct 8. Thankfully the final payment ($550) was not due until the finalized videos were received on Dec 9 also outlined in the contract we were given. So at this point we have paid the initial $650.
