Someone called from SAT prep services - we assumed it was the same prep class our daughter was enrolled in. They had her name and college prep info - they wanted to sell us DVDs and more learning materials. I stupidly supplied by credit card - and then called back to cancel. I never received the materials - they charged us for 12 months, $79.95 and there was no longer a number to contact them. We had to dispute through our credit card, did not get our money back and had to change our credit card number to get them to stop. I never gave them permission to charge me a recurring fee.
