Ordered product mid-March. After numerous emails, finally delivered 13 weeks later... wrong item delivered. Paid via PayPal and Satcoal would not respond to emails so filed for a refund. Satcoal then agreed to ship the correct product. They sent a tracking number and link to a delivery service. After another month, tracking showed that the item arrived in to the US and was in my immediate vicinity; out for delivery. Item never was delivered and the process took just long enough for PayPal to deny the claim. Satcoal not responding and the link to delivery service no longer works... TOTAL SCAM

I placed an order back in April and still to this day never received it. I paid 56.19 for something with free shipping. Literally 50 emails later they agree to give me back 46.00 bc they had to keep $10 for shipping. I told them my shipping was free, they didn’t care and said they could only do $46 refund. Tired of dealing with them I agreed to the $46.00. Then wake up to an email today 07/07/20 saying if I want a refund they also have to me an additional $20.00 for a handling fee! So now they claim they are only going to return $26... I’m fighting it through the credit card company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a Lowrance fish finder and 3 months later I get a fake RayBan sunglasses. No one ever answers the phone. I received an email after complaining about the wait asking me to be patient. This is a SCAM site. avoid at all cost

After 3 months of waiting for my product they tell me it has been delivered. I do not have the product in my possession. Very disappointed and I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase anything from this sight. Huge scam artist! I'm not sure how they get away with this.

Company will not honor it own cancellation-Refund policy. They product presented Wise Food, does not show as back order, or that it is coming from China. Wise Foods is a US base Vendor, the product they are selling comes from china. Nothing is stated in their site for buyer to make an informative decision or purchase. This info comes to light after the tracking number is email and it's from China Post. I did request a Cancellation and refund well before a tracking number was issue, they refuse and still today can see the order under previous purchases, under my user name with them. I have contact them several times, to which they refuse to Cancel and refund. I do have copies of their Refund policy and all the emails communications with them on file Also the business is SATCOAL.com but the transaction was collected by Jack Steven Hoiser- TX.

I was searching for emergency food supply when i came across this website. After I paid i and received my receipt I realized that it was someone in china with a russian email address in the email. I went to their website and tried to call their customer service number and it is not valid.
