This company advertised samples of skin cream on Facebook for $3.95 or $4.95. There was no mention of subscribing for future orders but 15 days after ordering samples my credit card was charged $99.95. I have not received any product for the $99.95.

No risk trial of product. Paid for shipping and handling. Double checked rack screen that I wasn't going to be billed additional Money after "trial period" like other reviewers mentioned. Then they wanted me to add another product, but when I clicked on info, it just charged the 2nd shipping charge for an add'l product without my authorization. Less than 2 weeks later they attempted to run my debit card 2 times for $99.95 (which were both declined anyway because my bank changed my number). I called the company to "cancel the trial" which she was very hesitant to do because they didn't get any money from me yet. I let her know I wasn't interested in doing business with companies that just charge my credit card without my approval. Just wanted them to be reported.

An ad came up on my cell phone (via internet) offering a trial offer of a wrinkle cream for $3.95. On 12/2/16 I ordered the cream, and a narrative came up asking if I would like to be a regular customer, which I declined. I did receive my product within 3 days and my checking account was debited $3.95, plus an additional $1.00 (which was annotated as a rebill authorization). On 12/17/16, my account was again charged - $99.95 as an "authorized REBILL". I reported this to my bank, which put through a fraud claim, and I was reimbursed the $99.95. I did send an email to the company, who replied stating that I was given information about the trail offer and the additional $99.95 monthly charge for more product. The statement also showed info about cancelling the order within 14 days without charge. My complaint is that, in that original sales pitch seen on my cell phone, I have no recollection any information telling me of the additional charges that would be coming.

The intent of this submission to the ScamPulse.com is just to warn people of the care they should take in replying to this offer. The info about the additional charges was either not clear or was deep into some other part of the advertisement.
