This person named Luis Sauceda aka Luis Cirilo have many post on Facebook marked offering services to do concrete work, paverns and other services, I contacted him to do a pavern and garden work on my house, He came to my house to provide me a proposal to do my garden and drive way on Thursday Nov 21,2019, he sent me a formal contract by email, he asked me $550 of deposit to do the work, he came next day Friday Nov 22, 2019 at 7:45am to remove some stones on my garden and prepare the area, he left around 8:30am to go and buy materials, That day he didnt came back to complete the work as he commited with me, The commitmen was to complete the work that day. I sent numerous text message to the phone, called him and messaged him on FB, finally he answered and said that he will come on Monday Nov 25, 2019. On Sunday afternoon I texted him to know a what time he going to arrive, he said early morning, On Monday Nov 25,2019 he didnt showed up, again I called Him, texted him and messaged him on FB but he didnt answered. In the afternoon he called me and said that he was busy, I told him that the contract was to do the Work last Friday and I need the work done, he said that he will send somebody tomorrow early Tuesday Nov 26, 2019. On Tuesday Nov 26 2019, he didnt showed up, again I called him many times but he didnt anwered me or my message, around 11am he texted me and said that he was in Tampa,FL in a meeting but his employees were working on my house, I told that I was on my house and nobody were here, then later he text me and said that an employee will come to complete the work. The guy showed up around 1:30pm and worked until 3:30pm, then he left and never came back, I called his boss,texted him and messaged him on FB, nothing happened, he blocked me on Facebook, from that point he didnt called me back, the employee destroid my front grass. last night I messaged his Dad on Facebook that is the Owner of the company but he didnt aswered me.
