I got a phone call from whom I thought was Verizon Customer Support and they told me we overslept on our phone bill and were going to send us a gift card for the balance we overpaid or they could credit it to our account. So I thought it was legit because the phone number showed up as Verizon Customer support. (Our cell phone provider) so to get this "refund" I had to provide our account pin number which I did to them because I thought it was real. Anyways nothing happened for about 2 weeks we never received said "gift card" or credit to our verizon bill then today on 07/17/2018 weeks got an email stating a brand new replacement phone has been ordered and shipped u see my phone number. We looked it up because we knew we didn't do this and found out that it was being shipped to this Saurney Tech LLC at the address of 369 E 900 S SUITE: 108

SALT LAKE CITY

UT, 84111-4331we immediately called Verizon and they have stopped this from being shipped and have flagged this address as fraudulent. We just want people to know this is very real and that they convinced me this was really Verizon by spoofing or using an app or program to use Versions customer support phone number and got into our Verizon account and ordered a "replacement phone." if we wouldn't have caught this then we would have been charged the full amount for a brand new phone over $1,000
