Consumer received a call from 317-399-1632 offering to help consumer's computer work faster. Consumer got the service through LogMeInRescue.com and paid $499.99 on 4/15/15 to Jacobs Internet Marketin. Consumer was provided Sav InfoTech at 855-214-9984 & 855-255-6655 as the servicing company.

Consumer's computer worked much faster after the service for a little while, but started to slow down significantly. Consumer took the computer to Apple, and was advised that the intrusion was minimum. Consumer got what was done remotely be reversed and received a refund through credit card dispute.
