This person was claiming to sell Havanese puppies for $500, which included airfare, crate, toys, and delivery of the puppy. They (not sure if male or female) told me to send payment using the Zelle app. The information provided said to send $500 to Lucien Nash at [email protected]. The payment would have come out of my bank account by using my debit card. When I entered Lucien Nash into the send to line, the app said there is no such customer. When I entered the email address, the app said the email belongs to Muas Harruna Abdoulay AZ. Luckily, the transaction did not go through and my bank issued a fraud alert minutes after I contacted the "seller" by email and said the transaction did not go through. I asked if I could send the money through PayPal. The person replied that I should try sending it once more using Zelle. "if it doesn't work it means your bank is not affiliated to zelle so you will need to locate a walmart and buy a walmart gift card for $500". At this point, I had heard from my bank and googled the savannahavanesepuppies website, which brought me to the page where I could report the scam.
